Our Journey (Part II) @ Singapore

Testimony of God's goodness to us
Never did we imagine that the US Embassy in Singapore will reject our visa application. Everyone thought to be a easy process turn out to be our nightmare! What now??? We begin to explore all possible options: to return to Perth? to wait in Singapore for H1B visa? to stay & work in Singapore for good? to re-apply but leave me out of Ian's application so that has a better chance of getting the visa?

Everyday...every moments is a battle of faith.

Questions of 'how', 'what' and 'where' filled our minds. We have packed and left Perth, we have moved all our things to San Diego, Ian got a job waiting for him, our room is set up in San Diego...Why is the move so hard? Every step we take we'll meet with obstacle. Why?? Is our conviction an echo from our desire? Have we disobey God? What is He teaching us? We don't think we could have 'survive' the ordeal if not for His grace...

Faith is not just a state of mind , it should be demonstrated in our daily doings...

With the 'string' Ian's mum has with the US Embassy, we wrote in letters of appeal and still the case seem
hopeless. We always say we trust Him...do we? Reinhard Bonnke mentioned about past & present faith and now is a 'test' of my present faith in Christ. Do I believe God could do the impossible in the present situation?

During my 'conversation' with FATHER, He reminded me of this verse "But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind..."
James 1:6 I realised our 'tossing' is because we doubted G
od's capability to do beyond our imagination. From then, our perspective changed, we went again to the US
Embassy...having the faith to believe that God could turn it around, even if He didn't we will still bless the Lord. Miracle do happen to those who love the LORD...our V is a was approved without a hitch!!! How great thou art!!! Some would consider it as a pure of luck, or coincidence but we will testified to a divine intervention.
