Dinner for two...?

We had stew beef for dinner...looks good? I cooked the beef with carrots & potatoes for more than 2 hours and Ian love it! So, I'm officially graduate from stew beef class. Yay!

what next to learn? Maybe I'll try meat loaf...*grin*
